                                         A trick string brings the balls up to balance on it's nose.
                  Made from paper mache pulp, wire, leather, and wooden beads. Painted with acrylics.

     Victorian trick marionette: Mme. Sophie Blanchard! The first proffessional female hot air balloonist!

                 The first stages of the performance where her arms jump off and turn into little men.


                                    The transformation from woman to hot air balloon is complete.


                                                    The men jump in and they fly away. Fin.
                          Made from paper mache pulp, wire, leather, and textiles. Painted with acrylics.
